CEAM is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

All students deserve access to educational opportunities that meet their needs.

This year, something big happened: $50 million for MOScholars K–12 scholarships made it into Missouri’s state budget! That means thousands more students will attend schools that meet their needs — thanks to advocates and supporters like you.

It happened because CEAM-trained parents showed up, shared their stories, and wouldn’t take no for an answer.

But too many families still face barriers. They’re told to wait. To settle. To stay silent.
We believe they deserve more.
Every family. Every option. Everywhere.

That’s why we’re raising $50,000 to keep up the momentum and expand educational opportunity across Missouri.

Important ways your donation supports advocacy:

$10,000 – Launches a statewide awareness campaign to grow Missouri’s parent movement.
This level of support enables CEAM to produce and promote compelling storytelling videos, host regional town halls, and push targeted digital ads that reach thousands of Missouri families — especially those in underserved or rural communities. It fuels CEAM’s next wave of growth by educating new families about their rights, energizing grassroots advocacy, and holding leaders accountable for expanding school choice.

$5,000 - Funds key IT needs like our Nationbuilder database, communications technology like Zoom, and Internet-based outreach efforts like the Parent Takeover on Facebook LIVE. These technologies support the building of an effective statewide movement of parents and civic leaders.

$2,500 - Funds an Advocacy Day at the capitol in Jefferson City. The logistically intense events are conducted at least monthly during the legislative session from January to May each year. Advocacy Days at the capitol are an important opportunity for parent advocates and business, civic, and educational leaders to remind legislators of the broad support of choice in K-12 education for all families.

$1,000 - Funds Parent Advocacy Training, which is the first critical step in empowering parents and others to make their voices heard. Advocacy training has a lasting impact as parents gain new knowledge and understanding of how to fight for change.

$750 - Funds a typical Social media outreach campaign over four to six weeks. Social media has become an far-reaching and cost effective avenue to raising awareness and engaging our audiences. However, social media has also become an extremely competitive medium that generally requires the use of “boosting posts” and running ads.

$500 - Funds a typical Family Crisis Fund family grant. When families face a crisis, large or small, they often call the CEAM Team for advice. Navigating a family crisis requires time and knowledge that our outreach team has. Other times it requires timely, direct material assistance to advocates. To stand by parent advocates in their times of need is a core organizational value.

$250  - Funds an outreach booth. Things like the printing of outreach materials and give-away prizes used to engage children while parents hear important information about school choice in Missouri. Outreach booth keepsakes also ensure families leave with at least our website URL to find us again.

$100 - Your gift is combined with others to support the critical needs of CEAM’s outreach and engagement efforts.
